Similar to bug 754965, we need backend for usage data. That should come from apps in the cloud. Until that's a thing this isn't priority. So we should hide "usage" from the stats views. We should be using real data here: https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/blob/master/mkt/stats/views.py#L88

Blocked on "Apps in the Cloud." If I knew of a blocker bug, I'd add one.
