We need to clean up the support section on apps details page including * Do not make the 'Report Abuse' link so prominent. * Prettify the section and make it more scan-able (cvan and greg know what I'm talking about)

Mobile (http://cl.ly/010V3s3e1N0G2I2L2C0M) looks okay. But desktop/tablet (http://cl.ly/2C100U02093q0i3F1B1H) - not so hot. Maria, any ideas on how this should look differently on desktop/tablet?
