Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Marketplace Consumer Pages https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/
2. Click on a listed app (ex. https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/app/seevans-underworld-adventur/ )
3. Click the "Review this App" button and submit a review.
4. Click on the "Privacy policy" link.
Expected results:
Review successfully added message is displayed properly. Breadcrumb menu is displayed with no design or layout issues.
Actual results:
Review successfully added message and breadcrumb menu are not displayed properly, only after the page is refreshed.
Notes/Issues:
Verified in FF15 Nightly (Win 7).

Regression from bug 757615. @cvan will need to come up with a better fix.
