Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Marketplace Dev Hub https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/ecosystem/
2. Load My Submission page from dev hub https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/submissions (make sure you have more than 10 apps submitted)
3. Observe the page navigation button from the bottom of the list.
Expected results:
There are no design or layout issues.
Actual results:
"Previous" and "Next" buttons are not displayed properly.
