1. Load http://people.mozilla.org/~kgupta/bug/607417-ltr.html 2. Zoom in and pan around Expected results: The black rectangle in the top-left always has a fully white background Actual results: Sometimes all or part of the rectangle background is black. This also happens on the http://people.mozilla.org/~kgupta/bug/607417.html which is the same page but with the right-to-left direction set (which is where I found the bug originally).
I'm also seeing it when pinch zooming out and then in again with the iframe on this page: http://people.mozilla.org/~mwargers/tests/layout/fixed_position_bottomviewport.html

Pretty sure this was fixed quite a while ago by BenWa's fix for tile format changes. Certainly, it works for me.
