We should start tracking performance telemetry for the desktop web apps feature. The first measurement I would suggest capturing is the time to install a web application from firefox. This may be useful to track, given that I've seen bugs filed expressing concern that there "may" be a problem with responsiveness in web application install in the future (e.g. web app install happens on the main thread). Upon collecting the time to install, we'll need to push the results to the telemetry dashboard the snappy team uses.
The snappy team could provide more information probably on the implementation details for this.

Per bug 1238079, we're going to disable the desktop web runtime and remove it
from the codebase, so we won't fix these bugs in the integration between Firefox and the runtime.
