https://hg.mozilla.org/comm-central/rev/84ac3c711098 added license headers in all HTML files of the message theme used by Thunderbird. I think we should revert that change for all the HTML template files (except maybe Footer.html).

This removes the license headers from the files that are included in the conversation browser for each IM, and from the JSON file defining the list of emoticons.
