Spun off from bug 758193: It looks like XUL Fennec and B2G are including nsPlacesDBFlush.js in their installer manifests even though this file no longer exists.
Gian-Carlo, I have a patch ready for bug 713350 that removes it. Feel free to either fix it there or make 713350 a blocker.
