Right mouse click on any link and choose to open it in a new window. The http referrer for the new window is not set to the URL of the window it was opened from. A sample link to try out is this: http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/showattachment.cgi?attach_id=30565 This was originally part of bug 61426.

I confirm this behaviour. I tested this on my own server and examined my server logs to determine that no referral url is sent in the http header either.
