Printing large tables cuts the table at the end of the page and does not
continue them on the next one.

It seams to be a general problem in printing tables that do not only show
unformatted text. That's a pretty big problem on the IBM developerWorks pages.
They have window-style boxes (aligned with simple tables) in those pages that
get cut. When the tables put them next to the text, they don't even get put on
the next page like images, so the printout tends to miss quite some information...
maybe karnazes fix for bug 66804 will fix this
worksforme in 2001-04-17-08 linux build.  since this is right after bug 66804
was fixed, I would say this is a duplicate....
