Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux 2.2.17 i686; en-US; rv:0.8.1+) Gecko/20010418 BuildID: 2001041805 In Prefs/Navigator/HalperApplications I've an 'application/pdf' file type configured to launch /opt/acrobat4/bin/acroread ("Handled By" option is "Application"). The "Ask me before opening downloaded files of this type" box is NOT checked. When this box IS checked all is well; when it is NOT checked the PDF downloads but the helper is never launched. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. See 'Description' for HelperApp config; key element: "do not ask before opening downloaded files of this type" Actual Results: File to be handled by the HelperApp is downloaded but the HelperApp is never launched. Expected Results: HelperApp should launch after download.
