Surely a dupe of Bug 640904.
but not fixed since i have the latest version and the bug is still there
It's fixed in Nightly.
Bug 640904 is fixed in Firefox 14.0 Beta. If you don't want to crash in 13.0, follow instructions in http://support.mozilla.org/kb/troubleshoot-extensions-themes-to-fix-problems
