** There are a gazillion bugs about counters not updating. So, one more couldn't possibly hurt **
steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/reviewers/apps/queue/escalated/
2. Clear all escalations
3. Notice if the counter updates
observed behavior:

so, after a while the counter did update. I think that is something we can live with.
