Steps to reproduce:

Install Flash Player 11 on Firefox Windows 7 64 bit


Actual results:

Flash Player 32 bit does not work. Flash player 64 bit not offered.

Youtube does not play half the videos and games do not work at all.
You need the 32bit flash plugin because Firefox13 as default installation is 32bit (also on 64bit systems).

You can try this installer http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/support/install_flash_player.exe
