With bug 761421, we're now using tooltool to manage Clang on the build slaves. Therefore, we need to adjust the ASan specific mozconfig to fix the path to Clang.

Just updated the patch to include author field and proper diff, no change otherwise. Keeping r+ from Rafael.
Gary, can you land this? Not part of any build, fwiw, just an ASan config change. Thanks!
