Steps to reproduce: 1. Right-click a personal toolbar item and choose "rename". 2. Change the name (optional) and press enter. 3. Right-click the same item and choose "rename" again. Result: nothing happens (should be able to rename it again). This sometimes happens even if I right-click on a different item the second time.
Inline editing has gone away for the foreseeable future.
