List new and deleted pages in the RSS feed. This is distinct from bug 671776, which is about listing these new and deleted pages in a separate feed in addition to the main one.

Right, this would be about ensuring that new and deleted pages are listed in the "all changes" feed.

Some notes on this bug: There is no way to include a deleted page in a feed without recording a tombstone of its deletion. Alternatively, we could decide to never *actually* delete a page outside the Django admin UI. Instead, we could mark pages as "trashed", list that as deleted in the feed, and hide that page from all listings and search results. The latter is harder, but probably more worth doing so that we can have an un-delete function (ie. which un-trashes it)
In fact, we have a bug somewhere for being able to undelete pages, so a trash mechanism would need to happen eventually anyway.

Same question as elsewhere. Sheppy, do you still use the RSS feeds now that we have a revision dashboard?
