User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0.1 Build ID: 20120615085229 Steps to reproduce: Attempted to open a .csv file using Open File dialog Actual results: New tabs were repeatedly being opened, only stopped when I killed the browser. Expected results: File should have been displayed, as text.

Firefox detected a content-type that it can not open and you seem to have to saved the decision to open this content-type with firefox.bin.
