A few tests in https://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/layout/reftests/svg/as-image/reftest.list are currently marked as "fails" with comments saying there's fuzziness at the edges. (Originally these tests were only marked as failing on Android, but it looks like Bug 691354 changed that to a global "fails") We should mark these tests as "fuzzy" (with the right arguments) instead of "fails".
