Details

Solitude currently uses logging and sentry and will eventually write to CEF logs. If we are hosting this on services infrastructure we can port all this to use metlog which I believe will route logs to sys logs, sentry and CEF for us.
This seems very similar to the other bugs Victor is working on, so assertively assigning to him. :)  Let me know if it's not clear.  Solitude is much smaller and hopefully straight forward.
