Saptashi posted some very useful quantiles in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=771745.

We should automate that such that for any given enum histogram we can generate quantiles for another histogram. Reducing experimental overhead will make it a lot easier to tune complex performance heuristics involved in GC, Network, Startup time, etc.
