Details

the width of a <div> element, set by 'em' measurement, does not change when the user clicks the 'cntl-' (Make smaller) or 'cntl=' (Make bigger). The width of the <div> does follow the user's font settings in preferences. For a small test page see: www.josephpalmer.com/fanfic/format/mozilla.shtml
The actual issue is that the size of an "em" is not updated when Ctrl-+ and ctrl- - are used. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 41847 ***
