Details

With the new "state" attribute on MobileConnection, there may be some confusion about what the difference between it and MobileNetworkInfo.state is.

Phil suggested "availability", but we might want to talk through the change more before doing anything.
FxOS/Gonk has been removed from the codebase. Mass-invalidating FxOS related Device Interface bugs to clean up the component. 

If I incorrectly invalidated something, please let me know.
