2. Scroll down and then up
observed behavior:
The header is not sticky. potch knows what i am talking about

In the runtime, the position:fixed header works great. Not worried about it if it's only weird in the browser.

I've filed a platform bug in bug 811950 about what you've described. I'd like to know why this is failing in the browser, but working fine in app.
