To reproduce: 1. Ensure that devtools.chrome.enabled is set to false. 2. Show the developer toolbar (the pref must be set before showing the toolbar). 3. Type help calllog. 4. All commands are listed including the ones set to hidden e.g. callog chromestart. It is confusing to users if the command is given in help but they are not able to autocomplete it. We should provide some indication that the command is hidden and will not be autocompleted.
