User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:14.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/14.0.1
Build ID: 20120713134347
Steps to reproduce:
CSS:
span:after { content: "but this part can't be selected and copied."; }
HTML:
<span>This part can be selected and copied </span>
Actual results:
Can't select & copy CSS-generated content.
Expected results:
It should appears as normal text available for select and copy. BTW, both IE9 and Opera12 don't have this bug and allows select+copy for the given example.
Selecting all the text worked in the previous versions with the shortcut Ctrl+A but not the mouse cursor. Anyway copying failed.
For the record, regression range for copying with Ctrl+A:
m-c
