This bug has four parts: 1) Implementing overscroll facilities in the Async Pan-Zoom Controller 2) Get (over)scroll information from the APZC to the compositor 3) Implement scroll indicators 4) Implement overscroll effects The first two are tied together; the other two may be better as separate bugs. Overscroll effect design and prototyping has been in progress on the Gaia side. Have scroll indicators been designed?
Since bug 775449 and bug 775469 are already filed and have flags etc. set up, I'd recommend filing the more specific blockers for those instead of another meta-bug.
