Details
With the current implementation of navigator.mozPay() we show every single payment request, even if the content only differs on the type of JWT and thus on the payment provider.

No, this seems to me like a nice to have too. For v1 we would only have two payment requests for the worst case scenario (PayPal and BlueVia).
