clicking "next" links on FreeBSD handbook pages doesn't work

Viewing these pages (which are basic HTML), if I tap the "next" link, it highlights as I expect, but no page load occurs. Other links seem to work - sometimes "Up" and always "Home". This has occurred on every page of the handbook I've looked at so far. If I click and hold, the link can be opened in a new tab.
