When I've tried to use the test application for GTK embedding  I noticed
that it sometimes loads some URL twice. It shows up the OnLoadURI cb on
console twice and it really calls twice the http daemon. I've looked into
the apache's log file. It happens only the first time the URL is typed into
the input line. When I try the same URL later it doesn't happen again.

It's very annoying for developer when the URL points to some CGI script because
the script is then executed twice.

Sorry for not examinating the bug too much. Actually it's a dup of bug 61363.
I've only never noticed the bug in the regular mozilla browser.
