User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:15.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/15.0.1 Build ID: 20120905151427 Steps to reproduce: after upgrading firefox, whenever I open a new tab, Actual results: a bunch of the users history is shown, Expected results: and there is no way to turn it off. This is a security risk because it can exposes the users browsing history to others.

You can disable with the icon at the top right. Note that this data is just the top sites from the history, which is also accessible for everyone that can see your browser and touch your keyboard or mouse. No security risk.
