On the "hosting" page, we currently recommend Dropbox as one option. That's fine, but since their files are all under dl.dropbox.com, this will break due to the single-app-per-origin restriction. Let's remove that recommendation for now, until we either have an alternative or the single-app restriction goes away.

I commented out the reference to Dropbox on this MDN page: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Apps/Tutorials/General/Publishing_the_app It just needs to be pulled into the Marketplace devhub again.
