(I'm pretty sure this is the wrong component so feel free to change to l10n)
In this case I believe the next action is for Pascal to dig out the localized versions of the following text for RelEng to publish.
Here's the exact text that we should have already l10n:
"URGENT!
Firefox no longer supports your operating system version and will be vulnerable to online attacks.
Learn more [http://support.mozilla.org/kb/firefox-no-longer-works-mac-os-x-10-5]"
Note that the "learn more" part wasn't part of the original copy that once upon a time was localized. We should have that l10n somewhere though -- perhaps it can be added in without having to go through l10n again.
Pascal -- can you point us to localized copy that can be used?

all these strings are in our svn repo and were used sooner this year on Bedrock for the previous update for the XP/Win2K warning, so I think it is just a matter of creating a new url and tweak a new template based on the previous one. Anthony, I have something that works on my local copy of bedrock, want me to propose a pull request?

Changing the component as it's not an L10N issue but creation of a new page.
The URL of this page should be https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/unsupported/mac.
Component: L10N → Pages & Content
Summary: [10.5 EOL] L10n Copy Needed → [10.5 EOL] Create "unsupported page" for Firefox on 10.5

Laura: Also, when is this due so we can create the page and QA accordingly?
Pascal: Yes, please.

Timing: this can go live anytime -- earlier the better as always.
How about this Thursday, 9/27?

We'd like to push out the blocked hotfix asap for testing with our QA population, so please try to prioritize this rollout for early in the week.

I talked with Rik and we are going to just copy an existing billboard template to be able to respond to this request rapidly, but I filed bug 794072 which will track the consolidation work for our various billboard templates (creation of a base template for billboards that all existing and future billboards will be able to use and extend).

Pascal: Sounds good. Are we on for a launch today or tomorrow? (Tuesday or Wednesday of this week).

Rik, can you merge https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/pull/373 so as that we can test the billboard in all locales (including English) please? Thanks

I think Rik will be at a conference so I'm not sure if he can carry this through.
Chris or Mike A -- RelEng needs this live by a firm October 2nd. We were aiming for early this week but that's slipped. Can you help us get this live by that date?

I don't think the previous pull request for merged in to production and I don't know if there is a staging server synced with master, therefore I spotchecked on my local installation of mozilla.org and apart from the rtl problem for which I provided a patch, I didn't find anything obviously wrong on the l10n side of things. Of course this needs QA from the QA team on a production environment to make sure for example that clicks on the support link opens in a tab and not in the xul box.

This has been pushed to production.
We still need to add /b/ redirects to get this to work. I'll open this in a few.

I verified this by testing bug 774509 which is in staging, and it is pointing to the billboard and the correct information page.
