At the moment we prefetch anything for which result != "success". This catches result RETRY and once we have bug 704006, will catch cancellations too; neither of which will need to be starred / included in the j/k key navigation, so will rarely have their log loaded. Therefore prefetching the log just wastes resources/bloats the DB unnecessarily.
