Issue:
In the security discussions around the new updater a concern was raised that users that get their packages via sources other than Play may not have updates available to them. We can, potentially, make builds available that are self updating, but at the very least we should warn users that they won't be auto updated in these cases.
See https://wiki.mozilla.org/Security/Reviews/Android_Service_Installer for more information.
Summary: Warn users if Play / Android Market is not available on the device → Warn users if Play is not available on the device
