Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached
2. Turn on Caret Browsing Mode
3. Put caret [** HERE **] in the attached html CASE#1
4. Move caret to downward by Down Arrow key
Actual results:
Caret jumps to last line(ie. 7777) in a certain element.
Expected results:
Caret should first line(ie. 111), 2nd , 3rd. ....
CASE#2 works as expected.
