This is an action item from the stub installer meeting.
This change should not go live until bug 795439 is resolved. (dev work can still begin, of course... just don't want to deploy this until it'll actually work)

This bug is a dup of bug 796057. We are going to change all links to download.mozilla.org to be SSL regardless if it is stub installer or full installer. Regardless if the build served up by SSL, we should make sure mozilla.org to download.mozilla.org is over SSL.
