Checked plug-ins and updated Adobe Flash and Adobe Shockwave. I opened device manager and then to display adapters then to my intel graphics and launched the update and was told there was no update.

I have now successfully updated my graphics card. Will update if problem is gone.

If you see this again, could you please run a nightly build? I have better plugin hang diagnostics for the nightly builds.
