If one try copy for excample cyrillic text (se sample URL above) inside the
browser, the editor/composer or the mailer, only the characters that also belong
to the ASCII character set will be copied. The rest is simply ignored. (So you
end up with pasting just commas, periods, spaces etc.)
I call this critical, because it prevents cooperation with other applications.
It is also impossible to copy non-MacRoman (e.g. cyrillic) from external
programs and paste it into Composer or Mailer. Instead of cyrillic it will be
pasted in as western euorpean letters (iso-8859-1).
PS: According to the description, Bugzila's template for 'Browser Localizations'
should also be used "Also for reporting browser bugs in languages other than
english." However, there is no Component to select for such bugs. Hence I
selected the Bulgarian component since that might be the only non-8859-1
component available from this template's list.
