0. Activate reflow on zoom.
1. Go to slashdot.org
2. Pinch to zoom in.
3. Double-tap to zoom out.
Result: The view is zoomed out but the text is still "squished" to the left.
Workaround: Pinch together to zoom out to reflow to the intended width again.
Tested on 2012-10-08 nightly, from m-c rev 9738e5a0190a, tested on Galaxy Nexus 4.1 Jelly Bean.

I'm re-requesting review, because there are circumstances where we're zooming out on double-tap, but this isn't caught by isRectZoomedIn(). In this case, I also want to reset the max line box width.
This is a case I didn't originally catch, but I wanted to make sure you agree with my logic here.

I cannot reproduce this issue anymore on the latest Nightly. Closing bug as verified fixed on:
Firefox 19.0a1 (2012-10-29)
Device: Galaxy R
OS: Android 2.3.4
