If a link for a pdf file is clicked, the Acrobat Reader does not seem to be 
started or at least does not show the file.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  Nothing seems to happen

Expected Results:  Should start Acrobat plugin and show the file.
