I am still able to reproduce this issue on the latest Nightly. Since bug 799194 status is verified, I will reopen this one -- Firefox 19.0a1 (2012-10-14) Device: Galaxy Note OS: Android 4.0.4

This is still an issue on Firefox Mobile 21 beta 1 / Nightly 23.0a1 2013-04-02 on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (Android 4.1.1) using the "Pinch to reflow text" option
I don't think the text reflow option in the settings does anything anymore. At least I wasn't able to reproduce this bug using it.
