Details
Ideally mouse event dispatching is a platform piece and should live in widget. I want to look at how hard that would be. That main challenges that I see (currently) have to do with ensuring the event fires on the current highlighted (i.e. Active) target.
I also need to talk to kats about how we're integrating platform gesture (tap) detection with Gecko's gesture detection here.
