screenshot of Languages pref panel [mac/modern]
not sure if this should really go to Themes [cc'ing hewitt], since i've seen
this on Mac with the modern3 theme. pls reassign as needed. unable to resize due
to bug 79948.
when you open the Languages panel in the Preferences dialog, the buttons,
droplists and box outlines are all clipped on the right side.

Appearance -> Themes is also truncated.
Looks like this is a generic problem.
Change component to "Skinability" and reassign.

likely fixed by ben --see bug 80392. need to verify [preferably] on at least the
3 main platforms with both modern and classic theme.

no longer a problem on mac: vrfy using 2001.05.16.12 comm verif bits, both
themes to be sure.
