Mozilla soemtimes doesn't use transparent color

Look at the following page:

In the left bottom frame there are several gif images
(phone, fax etc.). One of these is the "mobile phone"
image. This image has a transparent color, too, which
is rendered correctly under Netscape 4.75 and IE 6.
Under Mozilla 0.9 it gets a black backround.
Seems to be a bug in the picture library.
