On a page with this new-fangled "mouse over a link and it changes style" stuff,
if you hold your mouse over a link and then scroll with the mousewheel, the link
will stay in the mouseover state until you repaint or move your mouse over and
off it normally.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
see description.
Actual Results: link stays in mouseover state.
Expected Results: link should go back to normal state, like when moving the
mouse off.
