STR:
1. Visit https://m.gmail.com and log in. (or, your site of choice)
2. In Browser Config, press "Clear Private Data"
--> Prompt appears, saying "Clear private data including cookies?"
Select OK.
3. Return to your gmail tab, and reload the page. Or try opening a new gmail tab. Or try force-quitting browser and starting a new Browser session and visiting gmail.
ACTUAL RESULTS: I'm still logged in to gmail. It looks like the Clear Private Data action did nothing.

Jason, do you have the time to investigate?

A slightly easier way to reproduce is to tick the "Remember Me" box at http://pastebin.mozilla.org , and type some junk into the textarea and into the "your name" box.
You can then see if the cookie remains by re-visiting pastebin and seeing if "your name" is pre-populated.

I can't reproduce this with a 2012-11-26 build updated via the stable channel. Daniel, can you still reproduce?

I might be able to take this (or find someone who can) if we establish things are actually broken (and it's the cookie code and not something higher up).

I can't reproduce with gmail anymore, but I can still reproduce w/ pastebin (comment 2).
Pastebin is being odd for me in other ways, though, so my config might just be horked a bit. Could someone else confirm that comment 2 still repros this for them?

(OK, I fixed my pastebin-oddness by clearing browser history.)
Now, if I perform the STR in comment 2, I get EXPECTED RESULTS. So this is WFM at both gmail and pastebin. Woohoo!
