I am not sure it's a dup of bug 788409 or not. STR: 1. Launch an app, observe it's opening transition Expected: 1. app enters with fade in and scale up effect, covers the entire home screen. Actual: 1. app enters with fade in and scale up effect, but at the moment before scaling finishes, it jumps back a bit and come back. Note: Please observe the edge of the app frame as it being scale up :)
While I'd love to see this sort of thing fixed, I don't think we can block on it.
