To reproduce: File->Send Page this bug to yourself. Try to add a comment, using the message display window. You'll see a browser window posting to something like imap://shaver@mail.off.net:993/fetch%3EUID%3E/process_bug.cgi . The Content-Base and Content-Location headers are both correct, so we're probably just not being properly influenced by them when we're resolving relative URLs. Seth says that there are probably quite a few bugs caused by, or related to, this behaviour.
