STR:
1. Activate click to play and restart Firefox.
2. Load http://www.taobao.com/index_global.php in the browser.
3. Observe the "Click here to activate the Adobe Flash plugin" displayed on the top left side of the page.

Actual Results:
The "Click here to activate the Adobe Flash plugin" text is cropped, only its upper side being displayed - Please see the attachment for more details.

This issue entered Firefox with CTP, so it's not a classical regression.
On Windows 8, the Flash content flickers quickly on page load with the CTP overlay then it becomes a blank area of the page. I can't actually click-to-play the content.

nfl.com looks fine in 18+  and taobao.com currently doesn't have any visible plugins.

The embed there actually is that big (right-click and "inspect element" to see the outline).
When activated it's still that big, but most of it is transparent.
